USPTO fees ($350 per class for TEAS Plus, $250 per class for TEAS Standard) are paid directly to the USPTO
Copyright registration fees ($45–$65) are paid directly to the Copyright Office
We are not responsible for any fees charged by government agencies or third-party services

8. Intellectual Property

The Tia Trademark Service, including its design, code, AI systems, and the Tia™ persona, are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service (brand names, logos, descriptions, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability
