All trademark application data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use features that require external processing (such as AI analysis).

We do not maintain user accounts or server-side databases
Your data persists in your browser until you clear it
Closing or clearing your browser data will remove your saved applications

4. AI Processing

Our Service uses Google's Gemini AI to provide:

Logo and design analysis
Trademark classification suggestions
Clearance search analysis
Mark strength assessment

When you use AI features, your brand name, business description, and uploaded images are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. Google's privacy policy applies to this processing. We do not store AI query results on our servers.
